4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Bliss Syra reserves the right to cancel any order in case of inventory discrepancies, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary by location. As a luxury brand, we ensure packaging is secure and refined. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Return not applicable on innerwear, face masks, fragrances, and items purchased under offers or bundles.
Returns Process:
Initiate via our returns portal or customer support.
Reverse pickup may be arranged, or the customer can self-ship.
COD refunds are issued as store credit; prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
A nominal logistics fee may be deducted for returns not meeting our policy.
7. Offers & Exclusivity
Promotions and discounts are offered selectively. Items purchased during a promotional period may be non-returnable unless found defective. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
